Lorraine's son Jacob is back visiting from college, but he's not the only guy back in town as Nicole meets up again with Matt. While Sabrina tells Victoria about her sexual exploits, Tara and Hannah are having a very similar conversation. Trevor decides to give Patty an early birthday present.
